Julie started Alluring Lash Academy in 2018. Her passion and core values for creating the school is to empower and encourage others to strive for ethical and knowledgeable practices for a successful and sustainable career. Her mission is to share her extensive experiences and skills with new and experienced Lash Artist, set industry standards higher and educate on safe lashing techniques and skills.
Julie's desire to enhance women's natural beauty by finding a convenient and beautiful solution, led her to permanent makeup.
She had the honor to apprentice under Michelle Lee Austin, a tattoo artist, who's been mastering her craft for over 19 years.
Certified and Trained by The Hawaii Academy or Permanent Cosmetics on advanced application techniques and color theory. This curriculum is based on the Society of permanent cosmetic professional standards(25 years of excellence) and are held by a code of ethics.
