Cancellation & Safety Policies​​


With consideration to all Alluring LLC staff and clients your cooperation is greatly appreciated. 

Cancellation policy will be strictly enforced. 



As a courtesy please call/text within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule.  A $75.00 cancellation fee will be charged if you cancel less than 48 hours.  If you are texting to cancel, I will reply to your text to cancel your appointment.  If you do not get a reply, that means I did not get the text.  Please text again or call.   


Confirming appointments

you will receive a text or email confirmation on your appointment at the time of booking and 48 hrs before your scheduled appointment.  The Text/email is an automatic confirmation from both Alluring llc and Client.  If you Need to cancel or reschedule please click on the "Cancel" or "Reschedule" button located at the bottom of the text/email.  cancellation policies will be enforced if you fail to comply.  

Late to appointments

If you are more than 10 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, it is best to reschedule.

Please notify by text at 808-368-3709 if you are arriving late to your appointment to see whether or not you can keep the appointment or need to reschedule.

No Shows
If you do not show up to an appointment, 50% of the service will be charged to your card.



All Cancellations must be communicated directly via text 808-368-3709 and cancelled via link included on your appointment confirmation email,  with a courtesy 48 hour notice, otherwise it will be acknowledged as a no show or late cancelation at full price. 15 minute late arrivals with no notification will be considered no show and will need to be rescheduled. 



For safety reasons to both clients and technicians it is advised that:

   1.  cell phones be on silent or turned off during any procedures/services

  2.  No one other than client is allowed in the procedure room during tattooing

  3.  No Babies or children allowed, unless they can occupy themselves.

     (if the procedure/session is disturbed for any reason, client may be asked to reschedule)
